Jimmy Smith – Rockin’ The Boat (1963)
Jimmy recorded multiple albums for Blue Note very quickly during this period to fulfill his contract and move on to Verve Records. This is his second to last on Blue Note after seven years of being on the label.

BTW, I recently realized that the blog My Jazz World is not running anymore. I assume it was shut down by Blogger. Does anyone have any additional info on this? If this is fact, this is a sad day for the jazz blog world. MJW was one of the best and long standing jazz blogs around!
